AIM & SCOPE
Journal of Emergency Cardiology (JEC) is an international, peer-reviewed journal dedicated to advancing clinical practice, research, education, and innovation in the diagnosis and management of acute and emergency cardiovascular conditions.
The journal aims to provide a multidisciplinary platform for cardiologists, emergency physicians, intensivists, internists, cardiovascular researchers, nurses, and other healthcare professionals involved in the care of patients with acute cardiovascular disease.
JEC welcomes original research, review articles, systematic reviews and meta-analyses, clinical studies, brief reports, case reports and case series, clinical images, editorials, perspectives, correspondence, and educational articles.
The scope of the journal includes, but is not limited to:

The journal particularly encourages clinically relevant research that can improve early diagnosis, risk stratification, therapeutic decision-making, patient safety, and outcomes in cardiovascular emergencies.
JEC promotes international and interdisciplinary collaboration and welcomes submissions from researchers and clinicians worldwide. The journal is committed to rigorous peer review, scientific integrity, transparency, and the dissemination of clinically meaningful evidence.
The ultimate goal of the Journal of Emergency Cardiology is to bridge the gap between cardiovascular science and real-world emergency care and to contribute to faster, safer, evidence-based management of patients with acute cardiovascular conditions.

JEC is committed to developing high editorial and scientific standards, transparent peer-review procedures, publication ethics, regular publication, and international visibility in accordance with established principles of scholarly publishing.
As the journal develops and meets the relevant eligibility criteria, applications for inclusion in appropriate international indexing and abstracting services will be considered and submitted.
